Yes. Most Twinkle Jewellery creations are individually crafted upon order to maintain exceptional finishing, precision, and craftsmanship standards.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

How does the bespoke process work?

Our bespoke process begins with a private consultation where we understand your vision, preferences, and design references. From there, we develop your piece through stone selection, CAD design, and final craftsmanship before production begins.

How long do custom orders take?

Bespoke and custom creations typically require 7-15 days depending on design complexity, stone sourcing, and customization requirements.

Are bespoke deposits refundable?

No. Deposits paid toward bespoke or custom orders are strictly non-refundable once design development, sourcing, or production has commenced.

Is every piece made to order?

Yes. Most Twinkle Jewellery creations are individually crafted upon order to maintain exceptional finishing, precision, and craftsmanship standards.

Can I customize or engrave my jewellery?

Yes. We offer bespoke customization, engraving, stone selection, and personalized design services for select jewellery pieces.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer complimentary delivery across the UAE on all orders.

How long does production take?

Standard production timelines are typically between 7–15 business days. Certain intricate or bespoke creations may require additional time depending on customization and stone sourcing.

Do you offer same-day delivery in Dubai?

Yes. Eligible in-stock items within Dubai may qualify for delivery within approximately 4 hours through our delivery partners.

Do you ship across the UAE?

Yes. We deliver across all Emirates. In-stock items outside Dubai are typically delivered the next business day.

Is signature required upon delivery?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt for security and verification purposes.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds?

Twinkle Jewellery does not offer refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind purchases.

Approved returns may be accommodated through:

  • Exchange toward another Twinkle Jewellery piece
  • Twinkle Jewellery store credit

- If you select cash as your preferred refund method, we will repurchase your item at a 40% deduction from the original invoice amount. You will receive a cash refund of 60% of the invoice amount, provided the refund request is made within 7 days from the invoice date. This option ensures you receive a substantial portion of your original purchase price back in cash.
- If a customer wishes to exchange a product, we will apply a 30% deduction from the invoice amount. The remaining amount can be used for acquiring a new product or obtaining a discount on another item (within 15 days from the invoice date).
- If your original payment method is bank transfer or credit card payment then we unfortunately cannot provide a refund. Instead you can get an exchange offer as explained above.


This policy aligns with standard UAE retail practices for made-to-order and high-value jewellery products. 

Can I exchange my jewellery?

Yes. Eligible unworn pieces may qualify for exchange or store credit if requested within 48 hours of delivery and approved by our Client Care team.

What items are non-returnable?

Bespoke, customized, engraved, resized, altered, and made-to-order pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I request a return or exchange?

To request a return or exchange, please contact our Client Care team at hello@thetwinklejewellery.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Sizing & Aftercare

Do you offer complimentary resizing?

We offer one time complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery. Eligible for one ring size adjustment higher or lower.

Resizing eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

How do I find my ring size?

You may refer to our ring size guide or contact our Client Care team for sizing guidance or request assistance during your consultation before placing an order.

Does jewellery come with a warranty?

Yes. All Twinkle Jewellery pieces include a Lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal wear.

How should I care for my jewellery?

We recommend storing your jewellery separately in a soft pouch or box and avoiding direct exposure to perfumes, chemicals, pools, lotions, and excessive moisture.

Do you offer cleaning, polishing, or maintenance services?

Yes, we provide cleaning, polishing, and maintenance services for all orders.

Payments & Services

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards along with secure payment methods available at checkout.

Do you offer installment payments?

Yes installment payment options are available through Tabby payment providers at checkout depending on eligibility.

What documents are required for shipping and invoicing ?

A copy of a National ID or Passport is required for invoicing and shipping. Our client care team will contact you after placing the order to assist with the required documentation. Orders cannot be processed without it.

Can I book a private consultation?

Yes. We offer private consultations for bespoke creations, engagement rings, and personalized jewellery guidance.

Do you provide gift packaging?

Yes. Every Twinkle Jewellery order is presented in our signature packaging, designed for gifting and safekeeping.
