Welcome to Twinkle Jewellery. These Terms & Conditions govern all use of our website, products, services, and any related digital or physical offerings. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About Us

Twinkle Jewellery is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We design and craft fine jewellery using certified lab-grown diamonds/natural diamonds and 10K, 14K, and 18K gold. Each piece is thoughtfully created with a focus on modern luxury, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance.

Eligibility & Account Access

Access to Twinkle Jewellery may include account creation or guest checkout depending on availability.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Products & Availability

All diamonds sold are lab-grown Diamonds and/or Natural Diamonds in 18K gold unless otherwise specified in your invoice.

Where applicable, diamonds are sold with certification from recognized laboratories.

All jewellery is primarily made to order unless otherwise specified.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, minor variations in finish, stone placement, or appearance may occur.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Pricing, Taxes & Duties

All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless stated otherwise.

Prices are based on market conditions and may change without prior notice until full payment is received.

Unless explicitly mentioned, prices include applicable taxes.

Orders & Payments

Full payment must be made before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Note: As per KYC requirements, providing a copy of your National ID or passport is mandatory for invoicing and shipping purposes. Orders cannot be processed without this information. Please note that during festive or holiday seasons, high order volumes and extended off days for courier companies, can increase order fulfillment times by an additional 3-4 days. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and verification.

We accept major debit and credit cards, along with approved digital payment methods.

Any deposits (where applicable) are non-refundable but may be adjusted into store credit as per promotional or product-specific terms.

Twinkle Jewellery does not provide services to individuals or entities restricted under international sanctions or regulatory compliance lists.

Production & Delivery

Standard production time for made-to-order jewellery is typically 7-15 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Twinkle Jewellery is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or incorrect address information.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit where applicable.

One complimentary resizing of rings unto 1 size higher or lower is available within 60 days of invoice date for eligible designs.

• If you select cash as your preferred refund method, we will repurchase your item at a 40% deduction from the original invoice amount. You will receive a cash refund of 60% of the invoice amount provided the refund request is made within 7 days from the invoice date. This option ensures you receive a substantial portion of your original purchase price back in cash.

• If a customer wishes to exchange a product, we will apply a 30% deduction from the invoice amount. The remaining amount can be used for acquiring a new product or obtaining a discount on another item (within 15 days from the invoice date).

• If your original payment method is bank transfer or credit card payment then we unfortunately cannot provide a refund. Instead you can get an exchange offer as explained above.

Lab-grown diamonds generally have limited or no buyback value unless specifically agreed by the seller.

Warranty & Repairs

Manufacturing defects in jewellery setting are covered for 7 days from the date of purchase. And a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal wear. Damage due to misuse is excluded.

Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect goods at the time of delivery. Any claims after acceptance may not be entertained.

Ownership

Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment clearance.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, videos, text, branding, and creative assets, is the exclusive property of Twinkle Jewellery and is protected under applicable UAE intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection regulations.

Your information is used solely for order processing, customer support, website experience improvement, and communication purposes.

We do not sell or trade personal data to third parties.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or attempt unauthorized access to the website
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data
  • Interfere with security systems, pricing logic, or loyalty programmes
  • Use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

  • Twinkle Jewellery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • The seller is not responsible for indirect loss, resale loss, or market price fluctuation.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, customs, or logistics partners
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

This transaction is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and disputes shall be subject to UAE courts.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

Acceptance

Purchase of goods confirms acceptance of these terms.
